How many holidays in November

Due to this, Diwali holidays could not be available in the month of November. However, due to Diwali on 31st October, Thursday and Bhai Dooj on 3rd November, Sunday, we definitely got a long weekend in Diwali.

Banks will remain closed in Patna and Ranchi on 7th November and 8th November due to Chhath Puja.

Banks will remain closed in Shillong on 8th November due to the Wangala Festival.

Bank work will remain closed on 10th November due to Sunday.

Banks will remain closed in Dehradun on 12th November due to Igas-Baghwal.

On November 15, banks in Aizawl, Belapur, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Hyderabad, Telangana, Itanagar, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Kohima, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Raipur, Ranchi, Shimla and Srinagar will remain closed due to Guru Nanak Jayanti/Kartik Purnima.

On November 17, banks across the country will remain closed on Sunday, and on November 18, banks in Bengaluru will remain closed due to Kanakadas Jayanti.

On November 23, banks in Shillong will remain closed due to Seng Kutsnem, and on November 23, all banks in the country will remain closed due to the fourth Saturday of the month.

Long Weekend in November

You can use long weekends along with holidays for traveling. You are getting a long weekend at the beginning of this month itself. There is a Diwali holiday on 31 October, after which you can enjoy a four-day long weekend from 2 and 3 November by taking a holiday on Friday, 1 November.

If you are getting a holiday for Chhath Puja, then after the Chhath Puja holiday on 7 and 8, you can get 9 and 10 for a weekend trip.

Apart from this, the school holiday on Children's Day will also be useful for taking children on a trip. Children's Day is on Thursday, 14 November, while you can get a holiday on Guru Nanak Jayanti and Dev Deepawali on 15 November. You will get Saturday and Sunday holidays on 16 and 17 November.

The 23rd is the fourth Saturday of the month and the 24th is Sunday. Apart from this, if you are getting Saturday and Sunday holidays on 30 November and 1 December, then you can plan a trip.

Where to go for a trip in November

Dev Deepawali, Chhath Mahaparva Guru Nanak Jayanti, etc. will be celebrated in this month. In such a situation, you can visit Ayodhya, Banaras, or Amritsar Golden Temple.
