Yoga Tips: If the neck looks thick due to excess fat, then practice these yogasanas

A thin neck increases the attractiveness of the body and face. Excess fat accumulated on the front and back of the neck and double chin spoil the look. A perfect jawline and thin neck enhance the beauty of a dress or shirt etc. In such a situation, some yoga asanas can be practiced to reduce the fat accumulated in the neck along with reducing the excess fat in many parts of the body.

One of these yoga asanas is facial yoga, by practicing which double chin can be reduced. The special thing is that no special time is required for the practice of facial yoga. Facial yoga can be done anytime and in any situation. Here some yogasanas are being told, which help reduce the fat accumulated on the neck and back as well as reducing the double chin.

Ushtrasana

To practice Ushtrasana, sit on your knees on the ground, place both hands on the hips, and take the knees parallel to the shoulders. Now take a deep breath and press the lower spine forward. During this, feel the full pressure on the navel. Hold the feet with the hands and bend the waist backward. After staying in this position for 30 to 60 seconds, come back to the normal position.

Bhujangasana

Practicing Bhujangasana helps in reducing the excess fat present in the neck and throat and reduces weight. To practice Bhujangasana, lie down on your stomach and rest your hands on the ground on both sides of the head.

Now take a deep breath while taking the palms at the level of the shoulders press the hands on the ground and lift them upwards to the navel. Lift the head, chest, and abdominal part. Now pull the head upwards like a snake's hood. Stay in this position for some time and slowly come to the starting position.

Tadasana

Regular practice of this yoga has a positive effect on the muscles and bones of the body. It helps in reducing the double chin and reducing the fat present on the neck. To practice Tadasana, stand straight with the toes of both feet together. Keep the arms on the side and raise the hands above the head, interlocking the fingers and keeping the palms upwards. Now focus the gaze straight on a point. While breathing, stretch upwards with the arms, shoulders, and chest. Now raise the heels and stand on the toes of the feet. While taking the whole body towards the sky, hold your breath for some time and stand in this position. Now while exhaling, come back to the previous posture.
