The man accused of planning to shoot Donald Trump at his golfing ground has pled not guilty.
Ryan Routh was accused of attempting to assassinate the former US President earlier this month after allegedly lying in wait on his golf course in Florida.
Mr Trump, 78, was with an associate at the Trump International Golf Course when he was quickly escorted from the area by Secret Service officers.
They had allegedly spotted a gun nozzle protruding from the surrounding fence, and Routh has since been charged two federal weapons charges.
He has since been indicted on additional charges, and faces five counts including the attempted assassination of a presidential candidate and assault on a federal officer.
Routh, who first appeared in court earlier this month, entered a plea of not guilty during another appearance today.
The man entered the courtroom handcuffed in a tan jumpsuit and waved his hands at reporters gathered to watch the proceedings.
Routh was arrested in a neighbouring county after fleeing Mr Trump's golf course, having sped away from the area, with prosecutors saying he left behind a digital camera, a backpack, a loaded SKS-style rifle with a scope and a plastic bag containing food.
He did not fire any rounds and did not have Trump in his line of sight, officials have said.
