Good Morning Britain chaos as Susanna Reid forced to step in as guest swears live on air

descended into chaos during the latest instalment of the breakfast show as host clashed with Home Alone actor and supporter Rob Schneider live on air.

Susanna and Ed Balls presented a special edition of in Washington D.C as Trump went up against Kamala Harris in a bid to become the next President of the United States.

However, things didn't go to plan as Rob kicked off his interview by claiming that Susanna and Ed had been discussing "misogyny" but they quickly shut him down.

Susanna said: "Neither of us have uttered those words" and Ed went on to move on the conversation by asking: "Tell us about Donald Trump becoming the President of the United States?."

As Rob failed to answer his question, Ed went on to ask: "Are you sure you've been watching out programme? 'I feel like we're on Saturday Night Live here Rob, are we in Home Alone 4? I feel like this interview has taken a bit of a turn!'" Later in the episode, Susanna was forced to step in as one guest swore live on air.

As he said "p***ed off" twice, Susanna pointed out: "I'm not sure we can say that" before swiftly moving on to continue the conversation about the US election.
