Coleen Rooney is ready to take on the jungle in ....Get Me Out Of Here - but has made sure her kids are well looked after first.
The , who is married to childhood sweetheart , headed Down Under this week ahead of a bumper pay day in the Australian jungle. However, she about her Blighty exit and left a long list of instructions for her kids before jetting off.
Coleen, who shares kids Kai, 13, Klay, 10, Kit, seven, and Cass, five, with former England star Wayne, revealed she has left two big whiteboards full of instructions for the youngsters. The list, left on two whiteboards in the dining room, has instructions on both sides she revealed in an upload.
Taking to the social media platform, Coleen, 38, said: "I am really anxious about leaving the kids, that's my biggest thing, for weeks and months that's been on my mind. But I've come to terms with it and I've planned and prepped, I've got an army of people - family and friends - school friends all helping out with the kids. They are going to be fine, they'll probably have a great time."
She went on: "I've prepped as you can see, behind me, that is literally front and back four weeks of timetables, football runs, parties and everything."
She also admitted she had left them all a sweet note prior to her exit. "Before I wrote them all a little card each when they get home from school tomorrow and a little teddy each so they know I am constantly thinking of them," she went on.
Coleen is expected to get the show's highest ever pay day on the show. However, her odds of winning have drifted after it was reported she may be able to sit out a number of trials due to health reasons. However, she and said she is able to take part in every challenge thrown her way. "I'm looking forward to doing the trials," she said.
"There's been a lot of news saying that I can't do trials because of certain illnesses and that, but I can confirm I can do every trial. So I am not excluded from any that was just a load of rubbish, and I am, yeah, I'm looking forward to it."
It's thought that hubby Wayne won't be available to head to for whenever the time comes for her to leave the jungle due to his busy schedule as manager of Plymouth Argyle. Coleen will join the likes of McFly's Danny Jones, singer Tulisa Contostavlos, and former champion Barry McGuigan in the jungle, with the on Monday evening.
