This year, Black Friday falls on Friday 29 November 2024, however many retailers roll out discounts ahead of time, including sportswear brand Last year, Nike launched their sale around one week early, giving shoppers ample time to stock up on activewear for less.
The American retailer is no stranger to treating shoppers to impressive across everything from trainers to clothing. In 2023, they dropped a code which saved 25% off everything on the site - and that included sale items. The only disclaimer was a minimum spend of £50.
While Nike have been keeping the exact details of the close to their chest, we're inclined to think it will follow a similar pattern this year, so it's well worth making a 'to-buy' list early. It's a great opportunity to stock up on high ticket items for the new year, such as training gear and expensive footwear. A shopper's feedback read: "Ordered bag for my son starting secondary school. Delivery was fast, bag slightly smaller than I thought but overall, happy with it."
Nike MC Trainer 2 Workout Shoes - now £55.99, was £69.99Wearing the right footwear can make all the difference to a workout and have been touted as 'so comfortable' as well as a 'lovely looking trainer. Now with a 20% off discount, the beautiful model might give you the motivation needed to get to the gym, or replace an old pair of trainers for less.
Nike Air Max 90 - now £94.99, was £134.99are one of the brands most coveted trainers and you can currently nab them for £48 less. Now under £100, they'll make a great present for a loved one, and you can pretty much guarantee they'll be well received.
One review stated that they 'fit true to size', and another raved about how they are 'very comfy and stylish'. However, someone else wrote that they are 'not keen on the flat laces'.
Elsewhere, if you are waiting for the to start, you can find discounts on a number of their trainers Amazon have also reduced some Skechers trainers for a limited time - the are £39.99 down from £59 and the are half price retailing for £32.
