Cat Deeley told Dermot O'Leary she was sorry on This Morning today.
The presenters started the show differently today, presenting from outside the studios for a special food festival. host joined them for the special event, which will see them shine the light on some of the best food trucks across the UK.
Social media sensation SpudMan was on hand to serve the jacket potatoes, and a gravy truck offered waffles and other sweet treats. Dermot and Cat, dressed in their coats, welcomed viewers to the show from outside.
However, soon into the show, Cat apologised to Ben as she told him their plans for the rest of the programme. Interrupting his espresso martini, she told him: "Well, I'm sorry, but we have to go back into the studio now."
Dermot feigned disappointment as he said, "Ugh, fine. " The pair headed inside, leaving Will outside to taste-test the rest of the food and promote the small businesses that had come by to share their culinary sensations.
Dermot is currently standing in for , who usually hosts alongside Cat. He is currently filming a new show for called The Summit and is expected to be back on air in the next couple of weeks.
has also been standing in for the absent Ben, with the presenter fronting two of the shows alongside Cat last week, whilst Dermot covered the other. Both Alison and Dermot returned for their usual Friday hosting duties last week.
