At the TechSparks 2024 event in Bengaluru, Rohit Kapoor, CEO of Swiggy Food and Marketplace, expressed his strong opposition to the prevailing "hustle culture."

He highlighted the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and cautioned against sacrificing personal well-being for professional success.

Kapoor remarked, "You don't need to hustle and work till 3am every day," emphasizing that overworking isn't a prerequisite for success.

Instead, he urged his team to make family time a priority instead of stretching their work hours.

"Nothing has ever come easy in my life, but it has not come at the cost of going crazy," he said during a chat with Shradha Sharma at TechSparks.
