The issue of immigrants is heating up in European countries. After Britain and Germany, protests against immigrants started in France as well. In fact, after the murder of a 19-year-old student in Paris, right-wing leaders have started cornering the government and have demanded strict action against immigrants.

Last Saturday, the body of a 19-year-old student was found buried in the Bois de Boulogne park in the capital Paris. The student's name is said to be Philippine and she was studying economics at Paris-Dauphine University. When the police investigated the case, it was found that the murderer was an immigrant who had already served 5 years of sentence in a rape case.

Public anger against immigrants

After the body of a 19-year-old student was found in a park in a densely populated area of Paris, people are raising questions about the safety of women. At the same time, the immigrant identity of the murderer has also given political parties an opportunity to do politics. Since this murder came to light, right-wing people have demanded strict action on the issue of immigrants.

The accused was to be deported from France.

On the other hand, Paris police took action and arrested the suspect from Geneva train station on Tuesday, he has been identified as an immigrant. The accused is a 22-year-old resident of Morocco and was released from jail this month after serving a 5-year sentence in the case of raping a student in 2019. According to French media, the accused's name is Taha O. He was to be deported from France but this incident happened before that.

This is the first test for France's new right-wing interior minister Bruno Ritello since he took office last week, who had promised the people that his top three priorities were - "establishing order, establishing order, and establishing order."

Right-wing party surrounded the government.

On the other hand, the right-wing party National Rally (RN) has questioned the judicial system of France and said that the migrant had no right to stay in the country, but he has managed to commit the crime again without any punishment. RN President Jordan Bardella has said that our judicial system is very flexible and the government has failed. He has demanded quick and strict action from the government in such cases.

Britain was aflame over the immigration issue!

Earlier, in Britain, in July, 3 girls were killed in an attack. Some right-wingers spread rumors about the incident that the attacker was an immigrant and belonged to a particular community. After this, the Southport area of Britain was set on fire. Violence continued for several days despite police denials about the identity of the accused.

Crisis on the Scholz government in Germany

On the other hand, in Germany too, Olaf Scholz's government is on the back foot regarding the issue of immigrants. The right-wing party AfD, which opposes immigrants, is constantly raising this issue; the issue of immigrants is believed to be the real reason for the party's victory in the recent local elections.

In fact, on 23 August, 3 people were killed in a stabbing incident in Solingen city in Germany. In this incident too, the attacker was an immigrant and he was to be deported to Bulgaria. The Scholz government had to face a lot of criticism regarding this matter, as a result, the Scholz government banned keeping knives in public places and also decided to tighten the country's border security. To stop irregular migration, Germany has started checking on its borders from 16 September. At present, this investigation will continue for 6 months, which has also been opposed by many European countries.
