A dog living in his colony had bitten Pappu's daughter a few days ago. He had been planning to take revenge since that day, but he was unable to get hold of the dog. Now as soon as he gets the chance, he takes such a violent revenge on the dog. According to the police, after identifying the accused through CCTV, he has been arrested.
