LPG Price Hike From 1st October: Commercial LPG cylinders have become expensive from today in many cities including Delhi, Mumbai.

LPG Price 1 October 2024: Oil marketing companies have given a big shock with the beginning of the month. Today i.e. on 1 October 2024, the prices of commercial LPG gas cylinders (LPG Cylinder Price Hike) have been increased. Under which commercial LPG cylinders have become expensive from today in many cities including Delhi, Mumbai. Earlier in September also, the prices of 19 kg LPG cylinders were increased.

According to the latest rate released by Indian Oil, the price of 19 kg commercial LPG gas cylinder in Delhi on October 1, 2024 has increased from Rs 1691.50 per cylinder to Rs 1740 per cylinder. The rate of commercial LPG cylinder in Mumbai has increased from Rs 1644 per cylinder to Rs 1692.50, in Kolkata from Rs 1802.50 per cylinder to Rs 1850.50 and in Chennai it has increased to Rs 1903.

However, there has been no change in the rate of 14 kg domestic LPG cylinder. The price of 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder in Delhi is still available at its old rate of Rs 803 per cylinder. At the same time, the rate of domestic cylinder September in Chennai remains at Rs 818.50, in Kolkata it is Rs 829 and in Mumbai at Rs 802.50.

Along with this, Oil Marketing Companies i.e. OMCs have reduced the prices of Aviation Turbine Fuel ATF. The price of ATF has been reduced by ₹5,883/kilo liter. This new rate has come into effect from today. Now it remains to be seen whether the airlines reduce the fares after this reduction or not.
