Anil Sharma Announces New Film 'Vanvaas' Following Success of 'Gadar 2'

Filmmaker Anil Sharma, renowned for his blockbuster hits Gadar and Gadar 2, has announced his latest project titled Apne Hi Apno Ko Dete Hai: Vanvaas on the occasion of Dussehra. The film will be produced under the Zee Studios banner.

The announcement was made through a video shared on social media, offering a sneak peek at Apne Hi Apno Ko Dete Hai: Vanvaas. The post included a caption that read, “Kahani zindagi ki..... Kahani jazbaat ki. Kahani apno ke vishwaas ki! Pure parivaar ke sang dekhiye parivaar ki film, #Vanvaas, coming soon in theatres near you. Aap sabhi ko Dussehra ki hardik shubhkamnayein.”

In a press statement, Anil Sharma described Vanvaas as a unique take on the Ramayana, where children send their parents into exile. He explained, “Kalyug Ka Ramayana jaha Apne hi Dete Hai Apno ko Vanvaas.”

Umesh Kr Bansal, Chief Business Officer at Zee Studios, expressed excitement about supporting the film, noting that Vanvaas provides a fresh perspective on modern family dynamics. He added, “We are confident it will deliver a truly unique experience for the audience.”

The cast for Vanvaas has not yet been revealed.
