Assam Rifles has released a notification for the recruitment of 38 posts of Rifleman and Rifle Woman (GD) for 2024. This recruitment will be done under sports quota, in which players of various sports will be given a chance. Rifleman: 19 posts Rifle Woman (GD): 19 posts
Educational Qualification Required
For recruitment, candidates must have passed 10th class from a recognized board. Apart from this, they must have experience of participating in national/international/inter-university tournaments, national games, Khelo India Youth Games, winter games, and para games.
Age Limit
The age of the candidates should be between 18 to 28 years. There is also a provision of age relaxation for reserved category candidates.

For Male Candidates:
Minimum Height: 170 cms Unexpanded Chest: 80 cms Expanded Chest: 85 cms
For Female Candidates:
Minimum Height: 157 cms
