Donald Trump Warns of 'Global Catastrophe' After Iranian Missile Attack on Israel

Former US President Donald Trump has slammed the Biden administration, claiming that Iran was kept in check during his presidency. He accused Vice President Kamala Harris of "flooding" Iran with American money, which he argues has escalated tensions between Israel and Iran.

In a statement, Trump said, "When I was President, Iran was in total check. They were starved for cash, fully contained, and desperate to make a deal. Kamala flooded them with American cash, and since then, they’ve been exporting terror all over and unraveling the Middle East." This statement comes as tensions in the Middle East have surged following Iran's recent missile attacks on Israel, in response to the deaths of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah and Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh.

Trump also suggested that Iran wants Harris to win the 2024 US Elections to take advantage of the situation. He criticized both President Biden and Harris, saying the country wouldn’t trust them to run a lemonade stand, let alone lead the world.

During his remarks, Trump emphasized that under his leadership, there was no war in the Middle East or Europe, and that peace prevailed in Asia. He stated, “Now, war or the threat of war is raging everywhere, and the two incompetents running this country are leading us to the brink of World War III.”

Trump went on to question the competence of the current administration, claiming that neither Biden nor Harris seems to know what is happening. He asserted that if he were in charge, various global conflicts and crises would not have occurred, saying, “If I win, we will have peace in the world again. If Kamala gets four more years, the world goes up in smoke.”
