There may be many other symptoms during a heart attack, which are important to understand:

Breathing problems: During a heart attack, the patient may feel nervous and have trouble breathing. In this situation, a doctor should be contacted without delay.

Dizziness Sometimes a heart attack occurs without any major symptoms, which is called a silent heart attack. In this, one may feel mild dizziness or discomfort.

Vomiting Sometimes during a heart attack, the patient may feel nauseous and vomit. This problem occurs due to the connection between the veins of the stomach and the heart.

Excessive sweating Sudden excessive sweating is also a symptom before a heart attack. One should be cautious if excessive sweating occurs without any physical exertion.

Feeling tired suddenly or feeling extremely tired or having body tremors can also be a sign of a heart attack. Do not ignore it.

Ways to avoid heart attack

Exercise regularly every day. Eat a balanced diet. Stay away from smoking and alcohol. Reduce stress and keep your mind calm. Get your heart checked from time to time. If you notice symptoms of a heart attack, contact a doctor immediately.
