Know what is the box office of Devra on the fourth day

Send Push

Jr. NTR's film Devra had a tremendous opening at the box office. The film's first day collection was around Rs 82 crore, and it was expected that the film will earn even more in the coming days. But contrary to expectations, the film's business slowed down from the second day itself. Its collection on the second day was less than half of the first day, and after this, the film's earnings registered a continuous decline.

Total earnings of 173 crores in four days:  It has been four days since Deora was released, and it has done a total business of 173 crores. The surprising thing is that the film earned half of this amount on the first day itself. After a bumper opening of 82.5 crores on the first day, the film almost "falls flat" on its face at the box office. According to the pace at which this film started, its earnings were expected to increase further, but this did not happen.

Monday collection disappointing: Devraa, which released on Friday, saw some growth on the holiday days of Saturday and Sunday, but the situation was completely opposite on Monday. The film earned only Rs 12.5 crore on Monday, which is very less compared to its opening collection.

The Telugu version performs better:  The Telugu version of Devraa is performing well so far. On the first day, the film earned 73.25 crores in Telugu, while on the second day it collected 27.55 crores, and on the third day it collected 27.7 crores. On the fourth day, i.e., Monday, the Telugu version earned 8 crores. But if we leave aside the earnings of the Telugu version, the film has not performed well in other languages.

Expectations dashed in North India: After RRR, Jr. NTR had a huge fan following all over the country, and the film was expected to earn well, especially from North India. The film also had two big names of Hindi cinema, Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor, due to which it was expected that the Hindi version would also earn well. But in the Hindi version, the film could collect only 7.5 crore on the first day, 9 crore on the second day, 10.5 crore on the third day, and only 4 crore on the fourth day.

Future expectations from the Hindi version: Now if Devra has to do well at the box office, then the Hindi version will have to carry it across. The film has so far earned 136 crore in Telugu, and it is likely that the Telugu version will earn another 70 crore. But if the film has to touch the figure of 350-400 crores in India, then the Hindi audience will have to support it wholeheartedly. It remains to be seen in the coming days which direction the film takes and whether it gets a bigger success than the Hindi version.
