KTM has recently introduced its new edition 250 Duke in the market. Many attractive features have been added to this new bike, such as a new TFT screen, LED daytime running lamps, and LED headlamps. With all these new features, its price has been kept at Rs 2.41 lakh.

What is special in the new KTM 250 Duke?

The new headlights of the KTM 250 Duke provide better illumination at night, making night riding easier. Earlier this bike had an LCD screen, which has now been replaced with a colored TFT unit.

Bluetooth connectivity feature has also been added to it, through which you can connect headset and mobile phone. This connectivity can be controlled from the switch cubes installed on the left handle bar. However, apart from the new screen and headlights, no other major changes have been made in this bike.

Power and Performance of KTM 250 Duke

There is no change in the powertrain in the new model of 250 Duke. It has a 249.07 cc liquid-cooled engine. This engine generates 30.57 bhp of power at 9,250 rpm and 25 Nm of torque at 7,250 rpm. Along with this, this bike also has a 6-speed gearbox and bi-directional quick shifter, which makes the riding experience even more fun.

Braking System and Wheels

The front wheel of the 250 Duke has a 320 mm disc brake, while the rear wheel has a 240 mm disc brake with floating caliper. The bike also has a dual-channel anti-lock braking system, which further enhances safety. The updated version of this bike has 17-inch alloy wheels like the previous model, which give it a sporty look. The new edition of the KTM 250 Duke is a great option for bike lovers.
