It remains to be seen how he will fare against a 58-year-old Tyson. The former undisputed heavyweight world champion hasn't fought professionally for nearly two decades since retiring mid-fight during his bout with Kevin McBride.

As we approach the fight night, here's everything you need to know about the fight card for Tyson's return to the ring....

Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson

Originally scheduled for four months earlier, Tyson and Paul are finally set to step into the ring on Friday night to settle one of boxing's more unusual rivalries. The idea of a fight between the pair was first suggested several years ago, but few in the sport believed it would happen due to the 31-year age difference between the two fighters. However, a deal was reached after Netflix expressed interest in venturing into the world of combat sports.

Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano

Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano are set to face off once more, two years after their electrifying first bout became an instant classic. Taylor emerged victorious that night at Madison Square Garden, sparking talks of an immediate rematch. However, negotiations fell through and the fighters went their separate ways before being reunited on the undercard for Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson. The fight will be for Taylor's four super-lightweight world titles.

Neeraj Goyat vs Whindersson Nunes

Brazilian social media star Whindersson Nunes is set to make his professional boxing debut following a stint in the influencer boxing scene. Nunes has fought five times, winning just two of those bouts and was most recently defeated by My Mate Nate over a year ago. On Friday night, Nunes will go up against India's Neeraj Goyat, a far more seasoned boxer who counts former world title challenger Jose Zepeda among his past opponents.

Mario Barrios vs Abel Ramos

Mario Barrios and Abel Ramos are set to battle it out for the WBC welterweight world title tonight in one of the main supporting events at the AT&T Stadium. Barrios claimed the interim champion title last year when he outpointed Yordenis Ugas before defending the belt against Fabian Andres Maidana. He was later promoted to 'full' champion when Terence Crawford was named 'champion in recess'. Ramos has only won one of his last three fights, a knockout victory over Juan Ramon Guzman.

Shadasia Green vs Melinda Watpool

Jake Paul's stablemate, Shadasia Green, is set for her second shot at a world title this Friday as she faces the undefeated Melinda Watpool. Green's previous attempt at the super-middleweight belt ended in defeat when she was outscored by Franchon Crews Dezurn last year. However, she bounced back with a victory over Natasha Spence this summer. Watpool has triumphed in all seven of her fights, including a win over Spence in her most recent bout.

Lucas Bahdi vs Armando Casamonica

Lucas Bahdi, who remains unbeaten, is currently enjoying a winning streak after his stunning knockout of Paul's protege Ashton Sylve in July. He was originally scheduled to fight Corey Marksman this week, but an injury forced the American to withdraw just over a week before the match. Armando Casamonica has stepped in as a replacement. Casamonica boasts a record of 14 wins from 14 fights, with only three of these victories coming via knockout.

Bruce Carrington vs Dana Coolwell

Up-and-coming star Bruce Carrington will be looking to boost his growing reputation when he defends his unbeaten record on Friday night. The featherweight has been tipped as a future world champion following a series of impressive performances, with eight knockouts from his 13 professional bouts. Dana Coolwell, who has won 13 of his 15 professional fights, will be his opponent. Coolwell's two losses have come against undefeated fighters.
