Send Push

has broken her silence on her debut. The wife of football star revealed she had turned down the opportunity on numerous occasions because she had young kids at the time.

In a candid new video, the 38-year-old admitted now was the time to take part in the ITV show in a bid to finally "do something for myself" but addressed a family dilemma.

Taking to X, formerly Twitter, the fresh-faced star began: "Hi everyone. Hope you're ok because I never do videos like this."

Coleen donned pyjamas while inside the home she shares with her husband, Wayne, and the couple's four children Kai, Kit, Klay and Cass, admitting she would miss her boys.

"I'm looking forward to it [the jungle]," she explained, "I'm really anxious about leaving the kids."

She continued: "That's my biggest thing. For weeks and months, it's been on my mind, but I've come to terms with it. I've planned, I've prepped... I've got an army of people, family, friends, school all helping out with the kids.

They are going to be fine and will probably have a great time when I'm away."

The mum-of-four donned a gold necklace which featured the names of all four sons on the piece of jewellery.

Coleen then said that she had "prepped" her children's timetables with the help of multiple friends and family members, leaving them a letter each for their return from school this Tuesday.

The reality star did say being away from her loved ones will give her some time alone.

She commented, "It's going to be a massive change for me-sleeping outdoors and not having any items in there. But what I am looking forward to is having time for myself.

To think and to reflect over things which I never get to do that much because I'm always in mum mode. Constantly thinking, constantly planning."

Coleen revealed she had even gone as far as to write Father Christmas letters with her children before jetting off Down Under.

Ahead of her jungle debut, Coleen will join the likes of GK Barry, Oti Mabuse, and Barry Guigan, among many others.
