One of the fundraisers included Jane Jones, 86, who attended alongside her daughter Nicky Milner. She organises the annual Christmas fair at Drapers Hall in the City, which has raised more than £1million over the years.

Nicky said of the Duchess to : "She's very very supportive - she's absolutely brilliant for the charity and they're so fortunate to have her as their royal patron. The work they are doing impacts everyone - women and men."
