The daughter of former power couple, , has said that being in the spotlight made her "miserable". Chloe, 37, shared that her parent's fame and success led to harsh criticism as she was growing up and trying to build her own career.

Speaking on former star Olivia Atwood's podcast, So Wrong It's Right, she addressed being called a "nepo baby" - a colloquial term used to describe individuals who have gained opportunities or success in their careers primarily due to familial connections.

She said: "Nepo baby is such a dirty word, and people don't realise how hard it is to hear that about yourself, when you're on the receiving end of it."

The 37-year-old added that it's "very common" for people who have family members that work in various careers such as law, medicine or entertainment to "follow in their footsteps", as that is "the world they know".

Olivia was on as she said she didn't get why people get annoyed, saying: "People don't choose their parents, what do you want them to do, sit at home and knit?"

Chloe then shared that the "most miserable times" of her life, have been when she was in the spotlight. She added: "Fame isn't a measure of success, and I've made so much more money now than I did when I worked in TV."

She added: "There is actually no money in TV. You have to work hard, no matter what industry you fall in to."

The star initially followed her parents' footsteps, starting her career in TV. She made appearances on shows such as and The Jump, but has now transitioned to a career in health and fitness instead.

Chloe now works as a qualified personal trainer - a career move that she says helped to define her and to allow her to become her own person.

She said that being a "nepo baby" does have some perks as she thinks her large social media following is partly because of who her parents are.

In turn, this helps her fitness business as she uses her social accounts to promote her personal training services.
