Emmerdale's Amy Walsh, known for playing Tracy Robinson, isn't the only soap star in the family.

Her sister, Sally Walsh, made her mark in the Dales first starring as Marlon Dingle's fiery girlfriend Lyn Hutchinson from 1997 to 2000.

But Sally's soap career didn't stop there. She's also appeared in Coronation Street, Doctors, and even EastEnders. At just 18, the actress was no stranger to fame, having appeared on TV from the age of eight in adverts, Tumbledown Farm, and Heartbeat before her Emmerdale debut.

Amy's other sister is none other than Kimberley Walsh, who is best known for being part of the 2000s girlband Girls Aloud.

Kimberley has enjoyed a successful solo music career, including recording England's 2014 World Cup song alongside other celebrities.

She almost followed in her sisters' acting footsteps by auditioning for the role of Maria Sutherland in Coronation Street. Although she impressed the producers, the role ultimately went to Samia Longchambon.

Outside of their career, the sisters often post about one another on social media and have been supporting each other's careers.

Meanwhile, in Amy's personal life, she is married to former EastEnders actor Toby-Alexander Smith. The couple tied the knot back in August 2023 and share a daughter together, who was born in December 2021.

Opening about about her special day, Amy told OK! Magazine: "It was honestly the most perfect day. It surpassed all my expectations and more. I felt so surprisingly present on the day and loved every second. Now I'm just in pure bliss."

Previously the mum of one, who appeared on Masterchef last year, revealed how she met her now husband, saying: "Me and Toby met in the audience of Strictly Come Dancing," She added: "I didn't know who he was and he didn't know who I was but we got chatting then it came to light that we were both in similar jobs, he was in EastEnders and I'm in Emmerdale and we just hit it off."
