could be set to reinvent herself despite fears she may quit

The mum-of-four has swapped home life for the Australian jungle in dramatic scenes set to air tonight. Her show debut could be a "make or break moment" for Wayne Rooney's wife as she attempts to put her public feud and high-profile legal battle with behind her, claims PR expert Edward Coram-James.

Speaking exclusively to Express Online, the expert warned that she has the perfect opportunity to reinvent herself, or she could potentially "cave under the pressure" and exit the show.

"I'm a Celebrity could be a make-or-break moment for Coleen," he explained. "After all the drama with Vardy and the years of media frenzy around her marriage, this show gives her a chance to change the narrative. I'm a Celebrity isn't just about being on TV - it's about being real, gritty, and vulnerable. Coleen hasn't exactly had a chance to show any of that in the past.

This is her moment to show something deeper, something more human. But that also means the stakes are high."

Coleen shared that she turned down I'm A Celebrity several times but said now is the right time for her to join the show, despite health concerns after living with reactive arthritis.

The expert explained, "I'm a Celebrity offers a completely different kind of stage where she can take control - but it won't be easy. She's a mother of four, used to a comfortable, privileged lifestyle.

This jungle will push her to her limits. Think about the hunger, the discomfort, the physical challenges... and her arthritis on top of that. Her health will undoubtedly be a big part of this - will she cave under pressure, or will she power through? It could either make her seem stronger or more vulnerable."

Despite rumours that her reactive arthritis could exclude her from some of the BushTucker Trials, she recently assured fans that this was not the case and that she was prepared to tackle anything that came her way.

"I think that's where Coleen's real challenge lies - it's not just the trials, it's the perception of how she copes with them. She's stepping into the unknown, and I think this is where the narrative could go either way," Edward explained.

"Will she use her arthritis as an excuse to bow out of some of the tougher challenges, or will she push through, showing a side of her that's gritty and determined?"

The expert added that this is Coleen's "time to shine," but she should avoid any drama.

He shared, "However, this is Coleen's chance to shine. If she approaches this with the right mindset - embracing the challenge, showing authenticity, and pushing through no matter what - she could completely change the conversation around her.

The Vardy drama, for instance, could easily be drowned out by her attempts to survive the jungle. As long as she stays away from any real drama in there, the public will likely forget the past scandals.

But if she stirs up trouble in the camp - or if any of her previous feuds resurface - she risks falling back into old patterns. She absolutely has the potential to turn the page and become someone we admire, not just for her perseverance, but for how she redefines herself on her terms."

Meanwhile, in exchange for a lavish five-star hotel before the show ends.

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here airs tonight at 9pm on ITVX
