Princess Beatrice makes very candid admission on parenting

Beatrice, who is with husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, acknowledged there "is not a lot of time to make it all perfect all the time".

Speaking about advice from her close friend and celebrity Gabriela Peacock, Beatrice told Hello! magazine: "My favourite thing I have learnt from Gabriela is the importance of choosing small, effective tools for balance.

"When you are growing families, sometimes there is not a lot of time to make it all perfect all the time, so with Gabriela's help I have been able to add a few things to try that help me and my family feel good and prioritise our health."

Gabriela, 45, praised the princess with equal grace to Hello!, saying: "Bea is incredibly health conscious already and she's very good with what she eats."

"The most wonderful thing about our friendship is how honest we can be with each other, especially about health and wellness but also about motherhood and now pregnancy."

Gabriela, who is also pregnant, shared the key steps that she follows for good health, including spending time in the countryside, having a support system and ensuring she has a good work-life balance.

Gabriela and Beatrice's relationship began when the princess enlisted her as a nutritionist, and the pair have now become close friends.

Gabriela told Hello! about the joy she gets from helping friends with their health and nutrition back in 2022: "It's nice to be able to help my friends, whether it's pre-wedding or post-birth of a baby, and I'm delighted to be able to help my clients and great friends ahead of big events."

Buckingham Palace on October 1 and is due in early spring.

The newborn will be 11th in line to the throne, moving Beatrice's younger sister Princess Eugenie down to 12th place.

Princess Beatrice and Edoardo now live in a farmhouse in the Cotswolds estimated to be worth £3.5 million, which they bought in 2021.

The couple live at home with their daughter Sienna, who was born in 2021. Beatrice is also step-mother to Christoper Woolf, known as Wolfie, who her husband shares with ex-partner, Dara Huang.
