A leafy tucked away in the heart of the is home to the UK's 'best' farm shop making it the perfect Christmas getaway.

Filled to the brim with English country charm Kingham is a true gem in the Cotswolds crown attracting anyone who is looking for a picturesque, tranquil escape away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Surrounded by thatched, honey stone 17th- and 18th-century stone cottages this postcard perfect village was even voted the most stylish place to live in .

St Andrew's Church is just one of several stunning landmarks in the village.

With a host of local shops and pubs carrying with it a welcoming charm it is easy to see why the village topped a list of the 60 most stylish places, compiled by Furniturebox, which polled 5,000 people.

Kingham is also home to the award winning and beautifully curated farm store which also comes with home and garden shops.

As you stroll around Daylesford's farm shop you can take in all the wonderful organic produce and can even treat yourself to a hot drink in one of the tearooms or a glass wine and a meal in one of the various restaurants.

The farm is home to the impressive Michelin Green Star dining room, The Trough, as well as The Old Spot which serves up seasonal sharing plates and wood-fired pizzas.
