Tops Nursery - A correction

The original version of an article published November 5 was headlined "Rachel Reeves savaged as nursery forced to fork out extra £500k a year after NI hike".

The headline and opening paragraph has been amended to make clear that the extra costs will need to be paid by the nursery group Tops Nursery which has multiple locations, rather than a sole, individual nursery.
