Chao Bella, Crowne Plaza, Greater Noida: Chao Bella, has launched its new menu, which includes some iconic dishes from Asia. This menu features an exquisite blend of exotic and classic Asian dishes, reflecting the rich and diverse culinary traditions from across the continent. Chao Bella's new menu highlights Pan-Asian cuisine with standout dishes like the Konjee Crispy Lamb with Peppers, featuring tender lamb with chili peppers and three pepper beans, and the Glazed Pork Ribs, slow-cooked in a honey-soy glaze. For a lighter option, try the chili garlic edamame, available in salted, garlic roasted, sweet sesame, and chili garlic flavors. The new menu also includes some new dim sum options.


Fig & Maple, Delhi: The restaurant is hosting You Can Cook With Us – Second Edition: Featuring "Rana Ka Khana" by Varun Rana. Anyone who is a foodie or a cooking enthusiast can participate in this fun session and take interesting tips from the expert chef. Also, get to enjoy some really amazing food.


The Park, CP: The hotel is hosting a culinary festival called 'Taste of Uttarakhand' till September end. Here, the expert chefs will be showcasing interesting dishes from the state that include ragi ki roti, bhang ki chutney, chainsoo, saag, jhangore ki kheer among other delightful local dishes.



J W Mariott, Aerocity: Chef Ali Saddique, the internationally-acclaimed chef is now in Delhi. Known for his culinary excellence at Lowe, Dubai, he did a pop-up event at the hotel. Chef Ali Shiddique, who trained under renowned French Chef Julien Bompard, has been making waves in the culinary world for over a decade. After his instrumental role in earning 11 Woodfire a Michelin star, he now heads the kitchen at LOWE, a Michelin Green Star restaurant in Dubai. At LOWE, Chef Ali has become a champion of sustainable gastronomy, focusing on zero-waste cooking and seasonal ingredients that support environmental responsibility. In this event, Chef Ali showcased his signature culinary style that deftly intertwined creativity with sustainability. Each dish reflected the values of responsible sourcing, with ingredients chosen to minimize waste while delivering maximum flavor.
