Actor Alec Baldwin is being criticized on social media for playing Robert F Kennedy Jr on 'Saturday Night Live' and mimicking his raspy voice- which is a result of a neurological condition. The latest segment of SNL kicked off on Saturday with comedian Dana Carvey portraying President Biden and SNL's James Austin Johnson as President-elect Donald Trump.
The duo parodied Biden and Trump's historic Oval Office conversation last week, during which the president-elect introduced many of his cabinet nominees, including Baldwin as Robert F Kennedy Jr. "I'm so honored to be the head of the Department of Health and Human Services. Americans need someone to teach them how to be healthy, like me, a 70-year-old man with movie star looks and a worm in his brain," said Baldwin's RFK Jr. The actor wobbled his voice in efforts to mimic Kennedy's health condition. "So it's okay now to mock disabilities?," wrote a third person. It's just so bad. SNL is like watching a jr high improv class practicing a scene they had to write at the beginning of class.
