Alia Bhatt Reveals What Daughter Raha Once Called Dad Ranbir Kapoor: 'Papa Bhatt'

Alia Bhatt confirmed adding ‘Kapoor’ to her name on The Great Indian Kapil Show. Now, her sister-in-law Kareena Kapoor Khan mentioned in the promo of her podcast, What Women Want that the Jigra star has added her husband Ranbir Kapoor’s surname. The Udta Punjab co-stars will be in conversation in the latest season of the popular talk show.

Raha called Ranbir Kapoor 'Papa Bhatt'When Kareena mentioned Alia added Kapoor to her surname, the actress shared a funny incident. She recalled the time her daughter Raha called Ranbir ‘Papa Bhatt’. Alia said, “You know Raha said that. She said, 'Alia Bhatt' and once she said 'Papa Bhatt'.” ALSO READ: Raha and Ranbir's bondOn The Great Indian Kapil Show, Alia spoke about Ranbir and Raha’s relationship. She said, “Raha and Ranbir’s relationship is one for the ages. There’s a friendship between them.. He invents random games with Raha. He will be like, ‘Do you want to go and touch the clothes in the cupboard’. And Raha will say ‘yes’. Then, they will go and have a sensory play with the clothes and shirts. He will tell her ‘this is velvet, this is suede, this is cotton’. And he will make that into a very serious thing.”She continued, “He even sings Unni Vava Vo. It is a lullaby. Our nurse has been singing it to Raha since day one. So, when Raha wants to sleep, she says, ‘Mama Vavo, Papa Vavo’. That is her cue to go to sleep. Now, Ranbir has learnt how to sing the Malayalam song for her.”Raha will be turning two on November 6.
