Hundreds attended the event at SpaceX’s Starbase in Boca Chica, Texas, on Tuesday. The rocket's launch had a bumpy start, with the booster stage failing to recover, but the upper stage successfully splashed down in the Indian Ocean. Texas senator Ted Cruz also attended the event.
