Children are always tiny, little humans that parents feel the need to protect even when they have grown old. The Signature actress Sneha Paul, who is being appreciated and loved for her role in the Anupam Kher starrer film spoke to Zoom about her special bond with her mom and a very fun childhood memory that still makes her giggle.
My mom is a cancer survivor, we are very close: Sneha PaulSneha told Zoom that it was a very emotional experience for her when she worked on The Signature as she could relate to the pain of Mahima Chaudhry's character in the film, who plays a cancer patient. Sneha revealed that her mother is also a cancer survivor. She explains how she went through everything with her mom and related to the journey quite a lot. "I am very close to my family, with my mom and dad. It was very good that I was a part of this movie."Sneha further says that she becomes a child in front of their parents. She giggles and states, "Unke liye to hum bacche hi hain. (We are still kids for them)." She shares a sweet interaction with Anupam Kher's mom Dulari Kher, who called her 'gandi bacchi' at Vijay 69's screening. "She said, 'Tu gandi bacchi hai'. I asked her, 'Maine kya kiya?' and she replied, 'You do not meet me'. All moms are the same. We never grow up for them. I am very fond of my mother and we stay together. My mom stays with me only. She recalls that once her mom had called a beautician to make her eyebrows. Little Sneha wanted to get her eyebrows done too but her mother refused. She then went to her room and cut off one of her eyebrows with a pair of scissors! "I went to my mom and told her, 'See, I did my eyebrows like you.' I asked ki if I had done it right. And mom just scolded me. I was in the first standard back then, so I did not know all those things. ", stated Sneha laughing. She reminisced how her mom would then draw her eyebrows with black kajal pencil. The actress' funny and innocent childhood memory surely reminds us of the time when these little tricks and pure actions were our entire universe.You may also like
