On Tuesday (October 8), veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty was honoured with the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award at the 70th National Awards ceremony held at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi. The award was presented by President Droupadi Murmu for the actor's 'iconic contribution to Indian cinema'.
