His performance against New Zealand also deserves accolades as the 29 year old has scored 635 runs in seven Test matches with an average of 57.72. Babar also has had productive time against Sri Lanka and South Africa having recorded 648 and 343 runs respectively. Babar happens to be one of the most successful batsmen in the red ball format in recent times so all the chatter regarding his current Test form might be a but misplaced as things stand. It isn't fair to state that he only scores against Zimbabwe as he has scored sufficient runs against all the big guns.
