Mercedes-Benz has teased the next-generation CLA. The new version of the car was on display in France at the Festival d'Hyeres, but it was under a camouflaged wrap, hiding the exterior styling. Details of the updated model are still somewhat obvious. The four-door sedan continues with its coupe roofline. There are substantial changes on the exterior. The front grille has also been revised, and the bumper has been updated. Mercedes-Benz hasn't shared any details of the interior of the new CLA. However, it will likely feature a major overhaul. Expect to see a design similar to the latest models from the brand. This includes the MBUX system, which features the giant verticle touchscreen.Engine specifications of the next-gen CLA are still under wraps. It is confirmed that the new model will use Mercedes-Benz's MRA platform, which is designed to host combustion and electrified powertrains for front-wheel-drive models. The vehicle shown in the teaser images has a covered front grille, with charging ports on either side and a missing tailpipe, indicating that it is an all-electric version of the new CLA. Mercedes hasn't announced the launch of the new-gen CLA in the Indian market. The four-door sedan was sold in India, but the model was discontinued in 2020.
