Shraddha Kapoor To Feature In Hrithik Roshan's War 2 After Missing Out On Pushpa 2: Report

Fans are eagerly waiting for the announcement of Shraddha Kapoor's next project. She received immense praise and love for Stree 2. The actress has recently been in the headlines, with numerous reports about her upcoming projects making noise. However, Shraddha herself has not confirmed any new projects yet. The latest reports suggest that the actress is currently in rumours to join the highly-anticipated film War 2.

Shraddha to feature in War 2?Earlier, Shraddha was reportedly in talks to feature in a special song in the much-anticipated Pushpa 2: The Rule, opposite Allu Arjun. Fans were thrilled at the thought of her sharing the screen with the Telugu superstar. However, it was later revealed that negotiations did not go as planned, and Shraddha was replaced by actress Sreeleela for the song. This was confirmed when the trailer of Pushpa 2 was released, leaving fans disappointed but hopeful for what’s to come. Latest reports by Hindustan Times suggest that she could be joining Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR for a special song in War 2. Though Shraddha will not be the female lead in the film, fans are excited about the possibility of her sharing the screen with two of the biggest stars. For the unversed, War 2 is directed by Ayan Mukerji, known for his work on Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva (2022), and is set to release on August 14 next year. The film is part of the YRF Spy Universe, and Kiara Advani will play the female lead opposite Hrithik, while Jr NTR will play the antagonist. The two were last seen together in the 2023 hit Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar. In addition, Shraddha is reportedly working on Naagin, a supernatural film directed by Nikhil Dwivedi.
