'I am scared to death of some of these storm surge levels. The values are absolutely dangerous and deadly."President Joe Biden urged residents to follow local officials' safety instructions and take immediate shelter."I urge everyone in Hurricane Milton's past to listen to local officials and follow all the safety instructions they give," Biden said on Wednesday.
