Even while giving a sneak peek at the new bike, the brand managed to keep all of the details in the dark increasing anticipation among the consumers waiting for the new model. The short video clip released on social media shows a bold 800 decal on the motorcycle's tank. Along with it, the brand also revealed the Triumph badge placed right above the number. Separating the two is a line that is not in the form of graphics, instead, it seems to be sculpted in the shape of the fuel tank. Speculating on this, the arrangement seems to be very similar to the one that the brand uses on the Street Triple models. Also Read: Although, the design of the tank does not seem to be as rounded as the one that the brand uses on the Street Triple. It seems closer to the design pattern used on the Tiger family of bikes. Presently, this line of bikes has 660 and 850 models. The latter is essentially the smaller version of the Tiger 900. Chances are the brand might be planning on making a rather sporty version with the introduction of a newer version. This upcoming bike might be based on a new 800 cc engine which can be a downsized version of the triple-cylinder 888 cc engine already used on the Tiger models. However, the details can only be confirmed with the official announcement which will be made on October 22.If the British automaker reveals a new Triumph with an 800 cc engine, the bike will be in the arena against gladiators like the Yamaha Tracer 9, BMW F 900 XR, Kawasaki Versys 1100, KTM 890 SMT, and Ducati Multistrada V2.
