Wiles, 66, was a high-ranked staff member for John Delaney and John Peyton, the Jacksonville mayors before getting recognition in political circles. She managed a team of professionals and ensured Team Trump could make a smooth transition to the White House following Trump's victory. Prior to this, she worked as a senior advisor on Ron DeSantis's victory run for governor in 2018. She also managed Rick Scott's campaign for governor in 2010.Wiles described her job as managing multiple parts of a campaign and analyzing the correct mechanics to keep a campaign going. She has stayed with the President-elect like other campaign aides but managed to stay away from the limelight.
