Mewa Singh was giving a tough fight to BJP's Haryana CM face Nayab Singh Saini, but the latter defeated him. Now, BJP fielded him from Ladwa and he won this seat also and is likely to become next CM of Haryana if saffron party forms government, as his names were announced as CM face by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah during the state assembly election campaign rallies.
