Man held for threat message to Salman

HAVERI: Haveri Police arrested a 32-year-old man Wednesday for allegedly threatening Bollywood actor Salman Khan , asking him to cough up Rs 5 crore if he wanted to stay alive. Bikha Ram alias Vikram, who identified himself as the brother of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, sent the threat message via WhatsApp to the Mumbai Police Traffic Control unit on Tuesday. "If Salman Khan wants to stay alive, he should go to our (Bishnoi community) temple and apologise or pay Rs 5 crore. If he does not do so, we will kill him; our gang is still active," the message read.
