Where are donations for Trump's campaign going? It's this mystery firm

Launchpad Strategies has received $15 million from Donald Trump’s election fundraising campaign. However, the purpose of these funds largely remains unclear raising eyebrows over the transparency of use of pubic funds donated for electoral campaigns.

Over the past nine years, more than $876 million has flowed through Trump’s campaigns and pro-Trump fundraising committees to six limited liability companies, including Launchpad Strategies. While these filings meet the minimum disclosure requirements, the ultimate recipients of the funds remain unknown, the Associated Press reported.

“The Trump campaigns sort of exhibit a lot of the patterns of behavior that we’ve become accustomed to with Trump and his associates,” law professor Michael Kang said.

“There does seem to be some kind of self-dealing in a lot of what they do when it comes to their financial matters,” Kang added.

Campaign finance records indicate that Launchpad Strategies was contracted to provide online advertising, digital consulting, and fundraising services.

"Launchpad is a full-service Republican digital agency run by expert strategists who have spent decades managing and advising winning campaigns," the company which was established a year ago says.

However, the identities of these strategists are not disclosed, and attempts to contact the firm via its online form have proven unsuccessful. Business registration records in Delaware offer no insight into the ownership or management of the company, and the Trump campaign sends payments to a PO Box in North Carolina, AP reported.

Further, President Joe Biden's presidential campaigns had paid $522 million to a Georgia-based company, Media Buying & Analytics LLC. This firm operates out of a UPS mailbox located in an Atlanta strip mall.
