AIIMS Raipur Recruitment 2024: Senior Resident Posts

The All India of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Raipur is inviting applications for 82 Senior Resident (Non-Academic) posts under the Government of India’s Residency Scheme. Eligible candidates, with such as MD, MS, DNB, or a diploma in relevant medical fields, can participate in the walk-in interview. Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of ₹67,700 with allowances as per the 7th CPC.

AIIMS Raipur is hiring for a total of 82 Senior Resident posts. These vacancies are categorized as follows:

• Unreserved (UR): 20 positions
• OBC: 28 positions
• SC: 22 positions
• ST: 7 positions
• EWS: 5 positions
• PwBD: 3 positions (reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities)

The vacancies are available across multiple departments such as General Surgery, Anaesthesiology, Cardiology, Neonatology, Orthopedics, and Psychiatry.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• : Postgraduate Medical Degree (MD, MS, DNB, or Diploma) in the relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
• Registration: Registration with DMC/DDC/MCI/State Medical Council is required.
• : Upper age limit is 45 years as of the date of the interview, with age relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwBD: 5 years for General, 8 years for OBC, and 10 years for SC/ST.

Pay Scale

The selected Senior Residents will receive a salary of ₹67,700 as per Level-11, Cell No. 01 of the 7th CPC, along with usual allowances. Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) may also apply.

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted for the walk-in interview based on their qualifications and experience. If there are a large number of applicants, a written test may be conducted to further shortlist candidates. The final selection will depend on the interview performance, and the decision of AIIMS Raipur’s Director will be final.

A Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque of ₹1,000 for General/OBC/EWS candidates payable to “AIIMS Raipur” (SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen and Women candidates are exempt from fees).
