England's latest squad announcement could create a worry for both Arsenal and .

Both the and Spurs are having a two-week break for the October round of international fixtures and do not return to action until later this month.

The international break will see the Three Lions face Greece and Finland in the Nations League, with interim manager Lee Carsley overseeing his second round of fixtures since Gareth Southgate's departure in the summer.

England confirmed on Wednesday that and Jack Grealish are dealing with fitness concerns heading into Thursday night's match against Greece.

Kane suffered a knock during Bayern Munich's draw with Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga at the weekend, while Grealish played an hour during Manchester City's win over Fulham in the Premier League.

Arsenal will face Bournemouth on October 19 in the Premier League in their first match after the international break, while Spurs will host West Ham on the same day.
