In the case, groom Vinod says that he had taken the wedding procession from Pali district of Rajasthan. When he was going to Krishnapur with his bride in an e-rickshaw, miscreants on three bikes surrounded them and then tried to take the bride with them. When the groom and his family protested, the miscreants started beating them. Meanwhile, a person named Kamlesh was passing by. When the groom and his family started shouting, Kamlesh stopped his bike. After this, he also informed the police. As soon as the police vehicle was seen coming, the miscreants fled from there.

The groom Vinod says that he is a resident of Boyle village of Sojat city area of Pali. Their marriage was negotiated through a woman. Vinod's family had also given 20 thousand rupees to the bride's family for buying clothes. But now Vinod's family has started doubting this marriage as well.
