Wipro's 'New Hybrid Work Policy' Is Here: 3 Days In Office Now Mandatory

New Delhi: Wipro has announced its "new hybrid work policy" which has mandated a 3-day work from office. Wipro Chief Human Resources Officer Saurabh Govil shared the new work policy which also provides employees the option to seek remote working for specific days in a year. Wipro which has opted for a hybrid work mode has so far not shared details on the policy so far. The company has dubbed the new policy as a "modern approach to the future of work" and is "best in class".

We expect associates to work from the office premises three days a week, choosing these days based on their need to collaborate.
