Oppo Find X8 Pro Display Teased Alongside Find X8 Series Specifications

Send Push

Oppo is allegedly planning to launch the Find X8 series in China soon. The sources claim that it will be a three variant lineup by going for base, Pro, and Ultra versions. In the past week or two, many details of the apparently leaked handsets have been popping up online. A company official now teased the display design of the Oppo Find X8 Pro and revealed some of the key features of the base version of the series. Furthermore, the AI-powered reflection removal photo editing app has already been teased with the expected smartphones lineup.

Series Display Design, Features

Oppo Find series product head Zhao Yibao teased a display of the upcoming Oppo Find X8 Pro on Weibo. The phone comes with a flat display, with its very slim, uniform bezels at the sides, and there’s a center-aligned hole-punch cut-out at the top for the front camera.

That is quite close to the teased Oppo Find X8 front panel. We had caught a glimpse of the Find X8 Pro on a benchmarking platform, at least regarding its SoC, which would be the MediaTek Dimensity 9400. It came with 16 GB of LPDDR5T RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage.

In another post, the Oppo official demonstrated that the basic variant of Oppo Find X8 will be thinner and lighter compared to the previous Oppo Find X7, and it will have a rear camera bulge that is smaller than the existing handset. It is going to feature IP68 ratings for dust and IP69 ratings for water.

The standard variant of the soon-to-be-launched Oppo Find X8 series will come with 50W wireless charging and reverse charging support. The phone will have an alert slider just like the current generation, including an infrared sensor and NFC connectivity.

The vanilla Oppo Find X8 will run on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15, confirmed. Other variants in the lineup should ship with the same UI. It is said to pack better AI features. The base variant was teased in a light pink colorway.

The Oppo Find X8 series phones teased to be entrants of AI-backed photo editing skills. In those tools, there’s supposed to be a reflection remover. This would seemingly align with the introduction of a reflection and shadow eraser already available in the Samsung Galaxy S22 lineup.
