Klopp has committed to a long-term contract as the Global Head of Soccer at Red Bull, and now the Austrian company is said to be eyeing up French side Paris FC. Despite playing in Ligue 2 and living in the shadow of PSG,

According to reports from , negotiations have begun between Red Bull and the Arnault family, owners of Louis Vuitton, to purchase the club. Current president Pierre Ferracci is considering his options, with Red Bull expressing interest in a takeover alongside the Arnault family.

Should an agreement be reached, it's expected that Ferracci will retain a 30 percent stake, while Red Bull will take 15 percent and the Arnault family will become majority shareholders with approximately 60 percent.

Red Bull's most successful team to date is RB Leipzig, who have consistently performed well in the Bundesliga and made it to the Champions League semi-finals in 2020. However, their ownership of the club has not been without controversy, causing upset among many German football fans.

Jurgen Klopp has ruffled some feathers back at his old stomping ground, Borussia Dortmund, by joining forces with Red Bull. Despite securing legendary status with two Bundesliga titles, some of the Dortmund faithful feel betrayed by this move.

The energy drink conglomerate is synonymous with football talent discovery, much like how Erling Haaland emerged at Red Bull Salzburg and the branding extends to New York Red Bulls in the MLS.
