  • IDF: “We will decide the time and place to strike Iran”
  • Iran: “If we face retaliation, the response will be even bigger”

New Delhi, October 2 (Udaipur Kiran) Following the death of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah, Iran has taken a more aggressive stance. After Israel’s attacks in Lebanon, Iran launched ballistic missile strikes on Israel. In response, the United States has stepped in to support Israel.

U.S. President Joe Biden has ordered the American military to intercept and destroy Iranian missiles. The White House released a statement shortly after Iran began launching missiles. President Biden affirmed, “We stand with Israel and will provide all possible support.”

Meanwhile, Iran claimed responsibility for missile attacks on key Israeli military installations, calling it the “first wave of attacks.” The Iranian Revolutionary Guards stated that dozens of missiles were launched toward Israel as a warning. They further warned that any retaliation from Israel would lead to a much deadlier and more destructive response from Tehran.

Rear Admiral Daniel, a spokesperson for the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), confirmed that Israel would respond to the Iranian missile attack. He stated that Israel is on high alert in terms of both defense and offense, ensuring that its citizens are moved to safety. “We will retaliate. We have plans, and we will decide the time and place for our response,” Daniel added.

Following Iran’s missile strike on Israel, Jordan has suspended its air traffic, and Israel has grounded flights. Reports indicate that all takeoffs and landings at Ben Gurion Airport have been halted.
